When I met them, Miranda and Ryan were looking to sell their home in deep NE and were looking for a newer home with a bit more room, ideally in Oregon City near where they plan to be married and had fallen in love with the neighborhood. I interviewed with them, provided links to client testimonials and it landed well with them, so we got to work selling their home.
Through the sale of their home I could see us building our lines of communication. They were able to count on me to be present, involved and on top of details. We had a cash buyer back out on the first offer they accepted so some lucky ‘back-up’ buyers got an opportunity to buy the home. It was a quick hiccup, but the transition went smoothly and the terms were agreeable to all parties. The sale successfully closed a few weeks ago.
In their purchase, Ryan and Miranda expressed appreciation for my responsiveness and honest excitement to find them a wonderful home in the limited time they had before they needed to turn their current home over to the new owners. Last Friday I had the pleasure of giving them keys to their new home in Oregon City.
It is an honor to be on this journey with my clients and we built a friendship in the process. Miranda is wonderfully sassy and Ryan is always looking for a wise crack, they are great! When it was all said and done, I feel confident we have built trust as strong as a house.
