Feeling the love in Laurelhurst

By Living Room Realty, September 15, 2020

Touring homes in Laurelhurst this past summer was one of the highlights of my real estate career in Portland.  Big beautiful trees abound, perfectly coiffed homes, families playing in the yard, neighbors talking across streets–the list goes on and on.  Pair that with the central location, walkability to grocery stores and shops, as well as to “the park”: Laurelhurst Park.  At almost 27 acres in a bustling city Laurelhurst Park stands out as an icon of the East side of Portland.  Beautiful walking paths, a large lake, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground for the kids. The lure of Laurelhurst captured my clients spirit and I’m happy to have been a part of the process  of acquiring their beautiful home.
