A Home Base to Envy

By Living Room Realty, September 16, 2020

It’s not often you find a charming, historic home within walking distance to two distinct neighborhood hubs!  My clients found just that. They scooped up an adorable 1925 cottage in the heart of Sellwood-Moreland.  Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and outdoor fun at Westmoreland Park Nature Playground.

In just a few short blocks they can enjoy shopping at the antique mall, burgers at PDX Sliders, or a glass of wine at Corkscrew Wine Bar.  A longer walk of just 6 blocks lands them in the heart of Sellwood with Reverend’s BBQ and aCena Ristorante as dining options (among others), multiple shops, and the beautiful Multnomah County Library.

With direct access everything Sellwood and West Moreland have to offer, it is truly a home base to envy.
