Steve and Gayle came to me by way of a referral from an old colleague of mine. A rental property for a number of years for them, they originally bought it for their daughter while she was living in Portland. Looking to do an exchange into a different property, we discussed the different options for them and how best to get the most out of their investment property.

With the Sellers living out-of-state, we had to do some coordination to make sure I was able to see the property prior to listing, give my opinions on the work needed to be done once the tenants moved-out, and then properly prepare it to come to market. Thankfully Steve and Gayle took all my advice to heart and were able to get the proper contractors through to prepare the home to list.

We allowed for 5 days on market for proper market time for all interested parties to make it through the home, ended up with multiple offers on the property, and at the end of it all, my client’s selected the Buyers who were represented by a fabulous Living Room Realty agent, Ella Gray.

I am always appreciative of solid co-op agent, and this time I had a stellar one in Ella. Ella’s communication, ability to direct her client’s on making a competitive offer, and the follow through during the negotiations once in contract were exceptional and a big part of why we are closing today. In addition, having Bill Dolan with Guild Mortgage on the Buyer’s side for lending, the communication was in abundance and I knew where we sat through the entire process, a huge thing from the Listing Side.

Congrats to all parties involved!
