The coolest couple just bought the most perfect house for themselves. They came to me looking for just a little more space. They loved condo living and didnt want all the responsibility of owning a detached home. We found the most perfect place for them. A townhome, with more room than they had before, plus a garage and an awesome outdoor patio, so they can get outside without leaving their space. We braved the wildfire smoke to go look at it and we went under contract while we were all holed up inside. I am so happy for them and their new adventures of homeownership!
