Irvington Bound!

By Living Room Realty, November 12, 2020

I often look back and the first sentiment I feel is one of gratitude.  While I have that when recollecting about my time working with Rachel and Sam I am also overwhelmed with excitement.  The excitement stems from two people I consider friends who are about to take a great northeast craftsman home and renovate it to be more in line with their long term goals and vision.  What started as an exclusively southeast home search turned to northeast months into the process when a couple noteworthy homes presented themselves.  In the case of this beautiful home, I would simply say we threaded the needle.  With a recent price drop, we threw our hats in the ring and quickly found ourselves competing for the home with other interested buyers.  A strong relationship with the listing agent didn’t hurt coupled with a calculated strategy to secure the home.  What I still find myself surprised by is how we secured a broad shouldered 2 bath home in Irvington for under $620,000.  2020 has proven that this particular price range is incredibly competitive so it only makes the feeling of good fortune stronger.  I look forward to the months and years to come as my clients revive this special home!
