2020 has been quite a YEAR! But I’m thrilled to close it out by helping our sellers to find new owners for her spectacular property. The lot has a huge fenced front area that welcomes you as you arrive as well as a verdant, grass-filled space in the back. Inside a chic, wood-burning fireplace adds a sophistication to the stately living area and huge windows allow for an abundance of natural light to flow through the house. The kitchen is any cook’s dream with all new, modern appliances and smooth granite countertops. I was honored to work with Jennifer through the process of selling her home. Helping clients like Jennifer and Greg find the perfect buyer has kept me grateful and motivated through this whirlwind of a year.
