Meredith and Jeremy, like many others, put their life on hold March, 2020. This included their plans to move. Fast forward to November, when their dream home hit the market. We quickly got back on track – competed against two other buyers, and got an accepted offer. It’s a blessing when both all parties in the transaction are reasonable and kind – and that’s what we had here. Repairs and possession were smoothly negotiated. Meredith, Jeremy and their sweet almost 3 year old daughter got to move in on the first day of 2021…that’s gotta be a good omen for the year!
