Congrats to this awesome first time home buyer tonight! I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to help other BIPOC folks get into homeownership. As a realtor of color, it has become one my my life’s greatest passions because I believe that though increased BIPOC homeownership we can begin to chip away at the racial wealth gap in this country. Tonight my client thanked me for caring for our community, and I cried because it’s my community that continues that to show up and care for me. Feeling super grateful for this life and for the work I have the privilege of doing.
