Portland Housing Inventory Has Hit An All Time Low.

As I write this today, there are less than 500 single family homes available for sale in the City of Portland. The surrounding areas are facing a similar situation. In fact, the suburbs are seeing a significant increase in home sales  as buyers move out of the city in record numbers.
