When I started looking at homes with my client Hayley in the fall of last year, she was focused on fixers in close-in North & Northeast Portland. She is an architect and has a great eye for potential + experience with renovations. But in my heart, I knew that she was not going to buy one of these properties. I’ve learned in my Real Estate Practice to let everyone have their process. I can usually see clearly what a buyer ‘should’ be looking for…but I like to give them the space to come to it on their own. That method feels way more natural and empowering.
