Jeff and Jenny came to me, as first time home buyers, looking for their first house. They had been renting for a long time, the same apartment and because of Covid, decided they needed more space because they were both working from home now. We went out, looked at a lot of frogs and then one day, the price arrived. It was so perfect for them, as she teaches martial arts and there was a martial arts studio that the previous owner built. It has room to expand with a basement but the upstairs alone has so much space. So, we got under contract, got through all inspection, appraisal came back fine and then 2 weeks before closing, we find out that the seller had some issues with title…. We didnt know if they were ever going to be resolved but our Christmas miracle happened and we finally closed yesterday, 3 months after they initially wrote their offer. Congratulations and so glad they are finally in their new home!
