Sometimes life has weird coincidences. Maybe you see a person you were just talking about. Or you get a call from someone at the exact time you started thinking about them. Life can be very random. But what if you find the perfect house not once, but twice over? Nina and Sandra are sisters who’d been wanting to find a duplex-style home to move their families into. They’d decided to raise their children a door apart, and were willing to extend that to walking distance if need be. But lo and behold, two houses came on the market in the Alberta neighborhood at the exact same time that were perfect. And they were just across the street from each other! Now both families will be able to grow up together just a street away. Sometimes it just takes a little stroke of luck. We’re proud to have helped Nina and Sandra manifest their goal. Coincidence? Maybe. But it’s a pretty happy one. Congratulations to you and both your families!
