With a dozen offers on the table, my clients and I drafted their offer with terms that ultimately got them the house! They secured an amazing home in North Portland which had a series of remodels that made for an amazing “Ranchalow” with a second floor and a rare open great room. What was even sweeter was that my clients wanted to stay in the neighborhood and this new home was just blocks from their current home. Sometimes things just work out!
