For those who are curious how the market is going, here are some quick snap shots. Average prices reflect the appreciation we have seen due to low inventory and bidding wars. Suburban neighborhoods leading the pack.

Places like Lake Oswego have a 27.1% average price increase, as people move out to the burbs. Average price overall from March 2020 to 2021 is up 14.8%.
