Baby on the way seeks first house!

By Living Room Realty, April 5, 2021

First-time homebuyers prompted by a baby on the way got early start on the hotter-than-hot spring market. We remained diligent and patient as we navigated the low inventory and high competition in the popular inner SE and NE neighborhoods. With lots of home tours, we slowly gathered the data and honed in on what might work and what might not. Keeping an eye on what sold quickly and what didn’t, how many offers came in and what popular homes ultimately sold for, gave us a very solid idea for what we were up against.

And guess what?! This slowly gathered research all paid off. The moment this lovely remodeled home in a fantastic walkable neighborhood pop up right in the middle of the massive snowstorm in February, we braved the trek to NE, masked up and ready for our tour. Fully remodeled with even more space than they hoped for, it was perfect!

First offer, with some competition but not tons, we were prepared and ready to write a competitive offer and won the day! It was super helpful of course to have other wonderful Living Room agents Melissa Dorman and Yascha Noonberg on the other side of the transaction, and we worked together brilliantly to make it all happen with cooperation.

Welcome home, Shveta, Sean, Dahlia and baby coming soon!
