In this market of multiple offers and disappointed buyers, it’s nice to have one of those transactions that just clicks. Jamie and Richard and their 2 sons have been living, working and schooling over the past year in 1000 square ft. Like so many families, they have set up desks/workspaces where they can- the garage, living room, bedroom. Again, like so many families, they decided the time was right to make a move to a larger home. One of the big questions was how long it would take to find a new place. They decided to look outside the city limits and found a great home in Clackamas. While it was the first house we looked at, they had been doing their research, knew what they wanted and what the market was like. They made an offer that gave the sellers what they needed- including the maximum amount of rent back- and it was accepted. Maybe a little surprise, definitely lots of gratitude.
