48 Hours & A Whole Lotta Teamwork!

By Living Room Realty, May 10, 2021

What a whirlwind this was. 48 hours, 2 homes, and a whole lotta teamwork!

This experience was a very special one from the get-go because I had the pleasure to help a dear friend whom I’ve known for quite some time. When she enlisted my help it was truly an honor to think that I could help her with this huge transition in her life.

The funny thing is, things took off quickly! After starting her home search, we ended up finding her new home and getting a contingent offer accepted in this crazy market! There are so many multiple offer situations that come with a hot seller’s market that make contingent offers very difficult to get accepted. We were so happy when it did! The contingent offer meant that she needed to get her home ready to sell and on the market fast. And by fast, I mean in 48 hours!

My client had 46 wonderful years in her home and on top of the time crunch, we were up against 46 years of memories and possessions, and the emotions that come with moving out of a home that was such a large part of your life. With a sea of boxes, 48 hours, and some incredible teamwork, we were on the market!

In one weekend we were able to get an awesome offer accepted on her home and the rest is history! It’s been so awesome getting to help out this friend and a transaction I’ll never forget.
