Still Portland Proud?

By Chad Meier, May 11, 2021

It was kind of a kick last week when I learned that Portland Monthly Magazine’s recent Spring 2021 edition includes an article updating readers on how life’s been treating my friends Liliana Caughman & Megan Watson McGinnis at the house I helped them get into (as chronicled on HGTV’s “House Hunters”) not that long ago. They even featured the updated 📷 images I was asked to provide for the piece!

Link to the piece can be found by clicking here.

Fast forward to today, when I received the bittersweet news that Liliana has leveraged her PhD into a position at Arizona State University. Yup, she and her partner Megan are packing up and heading to sunnier skies real soon. Of course I’m happy for them and this exciting new adventure (always an adventure with those two), but also gonna miss them all the same. Not that covid has allowed much opportunity for real interaction this past year ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but you know, some clients you really just click with. It’s the best part of my job!

Keep an eye out for their cute little “ranchalow” coming soon…
