It was a bittersweet moment with my clients on the sale of this home. This was the first real estate investment he had ever made over 20 years ago at a young age. But change is sometimes inevitable. Good luck to my client on his latest journey to the East Coast, I told him that was going to be way different than Portland. Congratulations to the buyers on getting a great home.
