It was incredibly special to help a good friend’s younger brother and his girlfriend find their first home together. They both grew up in Beaverton and wanted to stay close to home, and close to work. We made a few very competitive offers before landing their beautiful NW Beaverton home. My clients stayed optimistic throughout the taxing process of getting excited about a home and then receiving a declined offer. The wait for them was worth it though, they are so excited for their new place and to put their own touch on the house to really make it theirs.
