Hollywood Hillside

By Jené DeSpain, June 29, 2021

After living in their large North Portland home for over 20 years, my clients Kara and Miguel decided they were ready to downsize and find something in a quieter neighborhood, but wanted to stay centrally located to work and their NE friends. I had the meaningful joy of being referred to them by another dear client, and after meeting up for a cider in the Mississippi district, I knew I would adore working with them. We started their search in the peak of the Spring market mayhem. The pickings were slim, but they stood firm in their hopes that we would find the right place. After some weeks of searching, we spotted a beautifully updated, well cared for home at the end of a block up in the Hollywood Hillside along Frazer Park. Complete with gorgeous fireplace, spectacular kitchen nook, exposed beams, and lovely backyard, we knew we had found the place! We delightfully got into contract with the warm, friendly sellers and their great agents, and were absolutely smitten to have such a smooth, enjoyable transaction with them.

Congratulations Miguel and Kara! I’m so happy this gorgeous home is yours! I can’t wait to see all the beautiful personalizations you will bring to this home. 🖤
