Meet Larry and Linda! They are currently in the Pearl District and split their time between Portland and Las Vegas. This means they get to see their adult kids and beautiful grandchild quite frequently. They really love their place in the Pearl, but needed some greenspace as the little one to play in. After searching a few areas, the fell in love with the Villebois neighborhood of Wilsonville. Their new townhome is a beautiful end-unit with tons of space and charm, featuring 3 beds and 3.5 baths. There’s a park just outside the door, a pool, clubhouse (with gym!), and lots of walking paths. It’ll be a wonderful place to have family over and enjoy time outdoors. Congratulations!
