A HUGE congratulations to my friends Kat and Melissa who just bought their very own home in St. John’s. It’s a rare 1903 farmhouse with a great vintage vibe. I’ve known these amazing women for years as Kat and her interior design company Copeland + Co are my go to in the Portland area. Their new home has 2 beds and 2 baths with a gorgeous private backyard. They can’t wait to restore it to its original charm and character. Kat has already redesigned the entire front room in her mind! These are some great people so it makes me very happy to have been their guide on this journey. Many congratulations to you both!
