✨Just Sold✨ Wow was this a fun house to list! March of 2020 I helped @homo_ners purchase a home in North Portland that needed a serious facelift. These two poured their heart and soul into updating it, and they updated every square inch of this home. The most amazing part is they did all of this in their spare time while juggling full time jobs. I’m exhausted just thinking about it. This is a bittersweet closing for me as they have been some of my favorite clients, and I was hoping to be a part of, and watch them update homes for many years to come. But alas, they are headed out of state to be closer to family. They will always hold a special place in my realtor heart for letting me guide them through 4 transactions in less than 4 years. Portland is losing some special souls with these two. I hope you continue to bring us along on your journey should you continue to update homes! I’m thinking an HGTV show should be in your future!
