When you know it’s the one, you know
Buying a house is like falling in love, when you find the one, you know. Jane had been looking for a home to call her own in Portland for over a year, but nothing was the right fit. Then the perfect home came on the market. While flipping through the pictures she fell more and more in love and we immediately made an appointment to go see her in person. This one hit all the marks, she was perfect!
We put together a competitive offer the sellers just couldn’t refuse and held our breath. I got the “Your offer has been accepted” call and couldn’t wait to tell Jane even though it was after 9pm, I knew she would want to know! And so began the exciting process of making the perfect home hers.
After a last minute issue just 3 days before closing, we got through 2 closing extensions and I got to deliver keys. Jane is so excited to call this home hers!
