It was a sunny Sunday morning, and we had a plan. My first time physically meeting my new clients, and only one of two was able to participate in the tour. I explained that this first round would be a great opportunity to see what they were drawn to and get our feet wet. It was their first home purchase and they were excited to get started. I met up with Naamah at front steps of the first home. Level headed and full of energy, I was thrilled to spend the day with her searching for their new home. The clouds divided, the heavens sang.. the house was perfect. We both loved the natural light bouncing off of the walls, the clean lines and quaint fenced back yard. I knew this home checked all of the boxes- but it was the first one! We had two or three more to see that day. I heard her say “I could easily live here” as we climbed back into our cars to head to the next. Each house we went to was compared to the first.. She was ready to make an offer! That simple! The following day, after showing her spouse who was in full agreement, we wrote the offer! AND IT WAS ACCEPTED! First time home buyer, first house we saw, first offer we made and that was that! Inspection came back clean as a whistle and we soared into closing… really! That was it! Smoooooth as silk! Congrats Danny and Naamah! I’m so happy for you!!
