Blog Buyer Ready for Something New

Ready for Something New

By Living Room Realty, August 6, 2021

There are so many reasons people decided to buy and/or sell their home and for my clients, a new job took them to a new place. Needing to relocate to Vancouver for a job, they knew this was an opportunity for positive change. Although they had created so many memories in their current home, the house itself was older and they were ready for something turnkey. Our search ended in a wonderful fit – a 4 bed, 2.5 bath in a great location, with very low maintenance required. The home has lots of natural light which is an important criteria for a plant lover and has a small backyard for their dogs. I am so happy for my clients who found a house that checked all the boxes, congratulations!
