Michael and Jackie could summarize their purchasing experience like Julius Caesar’s “Veni, vidi, vici” claim, since they swiftly got this beautiful home in our very competitive market.
They contacted me a couple of months ago with a very specific request: help them purchase a house while visiting for a month from Minnesota. With their short list of requirements, we hit the ground running the day they landed in Portland. In a couple of weeks they had identified a promising house that could work wonderfully. Their list price offer was accepted and, after some negotiations after inspections, we moved to closing.
As Michael and Jackie travel back to Minnesota to prepare their move, they are relieved that they accomplished their goal and their new home is waiting for them to move in.
