When my good friends Paul and Laura reached out to ask me to sell their first home I was thrilled to help. Not just because of our rapport, but because they are also exceptional stewards. I would actually go so far to say that Paul is among the most fastidious people I know. When the time came to list their first home on NE 32nd and NE Prescott we armed my stager Angie with a blank canvas and a couple days later photography was complete. Making sure we didn’t miss the summer buzz, we got the home on the market in record time and were the recipients of a half dozen offers just days later.
