Congratulations to Christine and Paul! They’re the new owners of this fantastic home in Wilsonville’s Morrey’s Landing community. Paul and Christine are moving from Southern California to be near their daughter Melisa, her husband Mike and their granddaughter Madison. Melisa and Mike closed on their home earlier this month, and the goal was to be as close to them as possible. We did even better than that: they’re within walking distance! All five of them have been living in an AirBnB, and they’re all excited to move into their new homes. This one has a great backyard for Christine, an avid gardener, and Paul’s dream of a three-car garage came true. I’m so excited for Christine and Paul, as well as their whole family. Welcome to Oregon!
