For the second time in just a month I had the privilege of listing a stunning rambler in Cedar Hills. This home on Wynwood was a treat to market because my clients had opened up the kitchen to the living room making way for a stunning open concept floor plan. In addition to this remodeling effort, they touched a number of the other surfaces and overall cared for the home meticulously. It is always a treat to help my clients buy a home and then help them sell it after watching them transform the home.
