I love closing days for my buyers so much. It’s a start to a whole new beginning and you can always feel the jubilation radiating off of them. Katie and Forrest are currently living in an apartment in Slabtown with their two kids. As is normal with growing kiddos, it came time to have a little more room for everyone to roam! They fell in love with the space right away. Schools, a yard, and plenty of bedrooms were on the “must have” list, and this home fit the bill. It’s surrounded by beautiful trees and ferns with a very private backyard for them to hang out in. Everyone has already picked out their spaces, and Forrest even has a space in the lower level to do some home brewing. They can’t wait to move in! Hurray!
