Congratulations and happy key day to these kind souls ❤️We met for coffee a little over a month ago to discuss their plans for buying a house. We went out the next weekend and looked at a handful of places. They found the one, submitted an offer, and are now the proud new owners of an amazingly beautiful, and super solid home in Portland. They were cool, calm and collected the whole time, and made my job entirely too easy! Congratulations you two! Cheers on this monumental new chapter!
