Stephanie is a very active lady. She loves biking and was a very competitive biker until very recently. After retiring, Stephanie and her Partner Bruce decided to sell their grand home in Irvington to move to the warm embrace of Phoenix Arizona. Tho, they had many friend and family here, so they wanted to still own a residence in Portland with the plans of spending many summers here… What I didn’t mention was that I met Stephanie back in the summer of 2019 and we made this plan happen back then. She moved into her place in Arizona in the fall of 2019, then the pandemic happened… and all of the best laid plans was forced to change. She realized that keeping two residences was just not feasible, and with great reluctance decided to sell her little waterfront Pied-à-terre. Thankfully we found some very happy and like minded new owners for this great home!
