Just closed on this daylight ranch in Hillsdale! 🎉 I’m very excited for my buyers, John and Janelle. I have to say, this was quite the mission! Earlier in the year, they reached out to me to discuss possibly selling their home in Richmond. They had done a lot of remodeling but still needed more space for their growing family.
So, we set out on a house hunt! We submitted 2 offers in early September and endured a long negotiation process. There were multiple offers and it was really competitive, so we amended our offer to make the terms more attractive to the sellers while staying in constant communication with the listing agent.
What do you know? We got it! Congratulations John and Janelle, I know you are both looking forward to updating the home over the years and enjoying the wonderful area as you grow your family. It couldn’t have been more of a perfect fit.
