Over a decade ago I helped Mat and Jill sell their first home in the Clinton neighborhood. Soon after they bought a home on the westside. As their three kids got older and moved towards high school and middle school their educational plans changed and Grant High school was calling. After just writing one offer in a competitive situation, today they are calling the eastside home again.
