Working with my investor clients can be such a fun way to switch things up. With excitement and vision, we set forth to find the next project and landed on a classic 1955 ranch in a great location. The home itself is full of character and the gears started turning as soon as we stepped foot in the house. Seeing the owner’s prized possessions and furniture pieces was like traveling back in time and made this transaction that much more exciting. I can’t wait to see my clients bring life back into this sweet Mid Century home and for it to become a new chapter for someone else.
