Congratulations are in order for Kaitlin and Steven! They’re the new owners of this gorgeous home in SE Portland. These two are from California and are moving here with their 12 year old daughter. They’re stoked to be relocating to Portland. Kaitlin is excited to start a new job in the Rose City as well! This home was everything they were looking for: lots of space, modern touches, and plenty of room for their family to grow. They knew this would be the perfect place for the new baby on the way to be born. This is a fantastic family and I am so grateful for them choosing our team to help with their new adventure.
