A referral from two of my favorite people = yes please! I was so excited to hear I was able to help my dear friend’s cousin locate to Portland. She seemed to know exactly what she wanted, emotionally level and financially sound. A seasoned home buyer with a reasonable and specific ask.. I mean, easy.. right? She had a home in mind and being that she is out of town- I let her know I was more than happy to go take a video of the home and we could discuss moving forward or not. A cute little blue house nestled into a huge lot with mature trees and wide-open space to do whatever she wants with. I drove through the winding road up the hill with eyes peeled for the darling home. I almost fell out of the driver seat when I turned the last corner and discovered what I would continue to call “an art project”! Covered from top to bottom in not one, but two delightful colors of graffiti! What a New Year’s surprise! Today we close on the masterpiece and pray for sun to join us to say it’s farewell! Congrats on a truly darling home, in all of its glory.
