I met my seller in the Fall. He was given the task of selling his mother’s home for her estate. It was full of belongings and took a lot of work to clear it out and clean it up. All of my client’s efforts paid off. The house was in an amazing neighborhood and had great potential. Over 20 offers were received and the house sold for almost $100,000 over asking with a quick closing. I know my client found the sale to be bittersweet, but he is excited to see the house restored to some of its original glory.
