Local owners of Coffee Time and Cascadia Coffee Pub, Susan and Jason, met Melissa Dorman of Living Room Realty at a Christmas party in 2016. They became quick friends. After watching Melissa build her own rental portfolio, Jason and Susan were inspired. When prices started to come down, they decided the time was right to start looking.
