Nothing on the market, buyers can’t find what they want? Get in the car and find it! Google Street View can work too in combination with Portlandmaps.com or other municipalities’ databases. Compile a highly targeted list and send a thoughtful individualized note. I have clients with some very specific location and layout needs, it’s been tough but we haven’t given up.
