Mid-Century Mod SOLD!

Happy+Bittersweet times for my super lovely client, Meagan as she says goodbye to her first home. This MCM ranch had great bones when purchased in 2014, made better by Meagan’s wise and loving stewardship over those nine years. A beautifully finished basement, new full bath and mechanical upgrades made this baby a find for the new owners!

Meagan, partner Dave and daughter Leah are happily ensconced in their new, larger home. But Meagan will always remember this Centennial cutie as her first home–the one she saved for and purchased all on her own. There, she invested sweat equity and raised a young child to adolescence. Of many memorable conversations with Meagan, the one that stands out is acknowledging what this house has meant to Meagan…and how a place can still be wonderful even if it is time to move forward. Time to say goodbye is both a happy and bittersweet time indeed.
