Porch Perfect in Piedmont: Congratulations Tessa & Dave!

By Living Room Realty, October 14, 2024

Can you even picture a cuter porch scene?! I cannot.

Wishing Tessa and Dave a MASSIVE congratulations on the purchase of their first home, just blocks away from where they’ve been living!

And what a home it is 😍 They skipped the starter house and landed a home they can settle into for the next 20+ years. When we first toured, it was clearly love at first sight. The front porch, the three bedrooms EACH with a full bath, the large kitchen with AWESOME storage for all of Tessa’s culinary implements, the kookoo-bananas primary suite the feels like a bougie hotel room…how could something THIS GOOD be real?

These two went through a backyard habitat certification at their RENTAL – it feels so great knowing what incredible stewards they’ll be to this classic Portland beauty, both inside and out, for years to come.

Kudos to Bonnie Roseman and Trish Sunderland for being awesome co-ops on this one – we had some ups and downs and I am so grateful for their partnership and collaboration on this one to get it to the closing table 🙌🏻

Cheers yall 🥂 Now get to nesting! 🪺
