From Demo to Dream Home: Emily and Asa’s New Adventure

By Living Room Realty, November 6, 2024

Congratulations to Emily and Asa, who recently closed on their dream property!

I worked with my fellow Bridge to Portland Group team lead, Sharon Marciniak, to help this wonderful family find their forever home. With three growing girls, Emily and Asa were dreaming of a place in a tranquil setting with enough land to spread out and explore nature. The house itself was less important to them so Sharon and I were thrilled when the perfect ‘work in progress’ home popped up on nearly 5 acres in an idyllic part of Oregon City. It was kind of the ideal situation because all the demo work had already been done on the house, making it ready for their custom finishing touches! And with Asa’s unique skills (he owns a drywall company), they’re excited to transform it and move in with their daughters next year.

Key day was a family affair—Asa’s brother Nick and his wife joined in to celebrate and take in the stunning views. (Fun fact: Nick used to be our team’s go-to listing photographer!)

Here’s to new beginnings and the beauty of a home that grows with family.

Looking to make a move? I’d love to work with you!
