Just Sold: Beautiful Ash Creek Traditional (part two)

When Eldon and Mary bought this stunningly remodeled four-bedroom home in September, they already knew they weren’t going to hold on to it for long. It was actually for their daughter and her husband – to give them a way to buy the home they wanted to move up to, before putting their own house on the market. So, once Kate and Tyler closed on the sale of their house in November, it was time to mom and pop to sell this place to Kate and Tyler. And, because they wanted to use seller financing (Mel’s specialty), they asked Mel to put the deal together, and if possible, get it closed before the end of the year.
Mel’s team worked at lightning speed and the whole deal was done (and closed) in 8 days (counting the Christmas Holiday!) Way to pull together and get the job done!
