This was a little tougher transaction, however with cooperation from two amazing sellers, one fantastic buyer, and a couple of co-oping agents, teamwork brought it together! My client was quick to put her best foot forward on this wonderful townhome in Beaverton. With the sellers having lived in their home for over thirty years, you could get a great sense of pride of ownership.
The struggles came with a few repairs and a low appraisal, but with everyone working together, all came full circle. Keys were exchanged this past weekend and she couldn’t be more excited to move in! All while being a sought after corner unit and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Beaverton.
