Community at Summerfield

Portland and it’s surrounding areas are made up of unique communities–each of the neighborhoods and suburbs carrying their own special feel. The question is, where would you feel most at home?

Summerfield in Tigard brought my clients that “at-home” feeling. The community there is full of friendly faces, green spaces, and so many activities. There are 40 acres dedicated to recreation–club house, tennis courts, swimming pool, and an executive 9-hole golf course. On the community calendar there are groups and meetings scheduled daily for activities ranging from TaiChi to knitting, from active games of ping pong to the quieter matches of bridge. The list of current clubs at Summerfield rivals that of your high school–something for everyone.

Not only do these activities provide residents with innumerable things to do, but there’s something special about meeting new neighbors over shared interests. That’s a recipe for friendship and connectedness if I’ve ever heard one. So whether it’s green grass or golf greens that make you feel alive, let’s find you a community to share it with. Isn’t that what life is all about?
