But is there room for a trampoline?

By Living Room Realty, April 12, 2018

When I first started helping Cara find her second home, there was one stipulation: There had to be room in the backyard for a trampoline for her teenage son. Luckily, this sweet little house fit the bill! And who doesn’t have mad love for the traditional Portland bungalow home style? Cara, whom I’ve had the honor of helping the past few months, sure as heck does!

In the middle of northeast Portland, Cara and I sought out the most fantastic and fitting home her family! Like any other Oregonian,  Cara values living next to all the amenities yet not far from nature. Her newly purchased home is conveniently blocks away from New Seasons, local restaurants, pubs and even local shops for her sweet family to enjoy.

Who couldn’t possibly imagine setting up shop here?! Aside from the great location, this traditional home boasts all of the necessities and style she could possibly imagine. Cara couldn’t believe it was move-in ready, adding freshly painted walls, hardwood floors and not to mention a spacious backyard with raised garden beds for the Spring time!

Did we mention there is a deck in the backyard? Yep, a private deck just in time for the little family’s summer gatherings with family and friends!
